For years, our community has grown steadily in Brentwood, California. What began as a small gathering of faithful families has blossomed into a vibrant, thriving Muslim community that continues to expand with each passing month. Our bonds have strengthened through shared prayers, celebrations, and mutual support.

Right now, our brothers and sisters have no choice but to pray outdoors—unprotected from the elements, at the mercy of the weather.

In the rain. In the bitter winter cold. In the scorching summer heat.

Families bring their young children and stand outdoors because there is simply no more room inside our current facility. Jumu'ah prayers overflow has become the norm, with rows extending far beyond our walls. Our respected elders stand in harsh weather conditions that challenge their health and comfort. Parking has become increasingly difficult, forcing families to walk long distances. Parents struggle to find safe spaces for their children during services.

This situation is long overdue for a solution. Our community deserves better. Our faith deserves a proper home.

We need a permanent home—a dignified space where our community can worship, learn, and grow together for generations to come.

This masjid will serve our children, our grandchildren, and generations after us, Insha'Allah. It will be a place where lifelong friendships are formed, where marriages begin, where Islamic knowledge is transmitted, and where our community finds spiritual strength and unity.

We have developed a clear, achievable plan that distributes this blessed responsibility across our community. We are seeking 400 individuals who will become founding supporters of this historic project by committing to a structured giving plan.

That is on average $500 per month—less than many families spend on dining out, entertainment, or other discretionary expenses. When we redirect a portion of our blessings toward building Allah's house, the impact is transformative.

If 400 brothers and sisters step forward with conviction and commitment, we build momentum immediately. Construction can begin. Plans can be finalized. Our community can see tangible progress.

This is achievable. This is organized. This is powerful. This is how communities across America have built hundreds of successful Islamic centers—through collective action and sustained commitment.

The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ taught us: "When a person dies, their deeds come to an end except for three: ongoing charity (sadaqah jariyah), beneficial knowledge, or a righteous child who prays for them." (Sahih Muslim)

Every prayer made in this masjid. Every child who learns Qur'an within these walls. Every Ramadan night of Taraweeh. Every Janazah prayer offered with dignity. Every Nikah conducted. Every conflict resolved through Islamic mediation. Every convert who takes Shahadah.

You can formally dedicate your contribution as ongoing charity in the name of anyone you choose. Their name will be honored, and most importantly, they will receive the continuous reward of every good deed facilitated by this Islamic center.

Every masjid that stands today—from the grand Islamic centers in major cities to the humble prayer spaces in small towns—was built because people stepped forward when it mattered. Because believers recognized a moment of need and rose to meet it with faith, courage, and financial sacrifice.
